Data collected on this website is processed by MARY JAD, a company established in Morocco. For any question, please use the form on the Contact page.

Data we collect

• Quote requests: name, company, e-mail, phone, country, requested products and quantities, destination, message.
• Contact messages: name, e-mail, company, phone, subject and message.
• Technical data: a non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address (for abuse prevention) and the browser type.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your request and preparing a commercial offer (pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest).
• Following up the business relationship (legitimate interest).
• Protecting the website against abuse (legitimate interest).

We do not use your data for direct marketing without your prior consent where consent is required, and we never sell data.

Recipients and processors

Data is only accessible to authorised MARY JAD staff. It is hosted and processed by technical providers acting on our behalf: database hosting (MongoDB Atlas), transactional e-mail delivery (Brevo), website and API hosting, image storage (Cloudinary). Some of these providers may process data outside Morocco; such transfers are covered by their contractual commitments.

Retention

Requests and messages are kept for the duration of the business relationship and up to three years after the last contact, unless a longer legal retention period applies (accounting documents in particular).

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, objection and, where applicable, erasure and restriction. To exercise them, contact us through the Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority (in Morocco, the CNDP).
