The website is intended for professionals (importers, distributors, wholesalers, food manufacturing and food service companies). Information submitted through the forms must be accurate.

Quote requests

A quote request is neither an order nor a firm offer. Only a written offer issued by MARY JAD and accepted in writing by the customer binds the parties, on the terms it states (price, validity, quantities, payment, delivery).

Content

Product descriptions and pictures are for guidance. Photographs come from image libraries and are not a contractual representation of the products.

Prohibited use

Abusive use of the website is prohibited, including automated form submissions, attempts to access the administration without authorisation and mass extraction of content.

Changes

MARY JAD may update these terms; the online version is the one that applies.
