Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions from professional buyers.
Who does MARY JAD work with?
Professional buyers: importers, distributors, wholesalers, food manufacturers, food service and retail companies. We do not sell to consumers.
Are prices shown on the website?
No. Prices depend on product, packaging, quantities, destination and delivery terms. Every request receives a written offer.
What are the minimum order quantities?
They vary by product and format (jar, pouch, bucket, bottle). Give your estimated volumes in the quote request: applicable minimum quantities are stated in our offer.
Which packaging formats are available?
Depending on the product: jars and bottles for retail, tubs and 1–5 L bottles for food service, 3, 4 or 8 kg buckets for bulk. Available formats are listed on each product page.
Can you provide certificates and specification sheets?
Available documents (specification sheets, analyses, certificates) are shared product by product with the offer. We only publish and share verified, valid documents.
Do you deliver internationally?
Our business is oriented towards international markets. Delivery terms (Incoterms®, place of departure, transport) are set in each offer according to destination and volume.
Can I request samples?
You can include a sample request in your quote request. Feasibility and conditions depend on the product and destination.
How does a quote request work?
You fill in the form (products, formats, quantities, destination). You receive an acknowledgement with a reference. Our team checks availability and terms, then sends you a written offer. A request commits neither you nor MARY JAD until an offer is accepted in writing.
